Cooking Instructions (general): To grill from chilled but can also be pan fried: If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.. Grill (from chilled): Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and place bacon on grill pan. During cooking: Grill under a moderate heat for 6 mins. Turn once. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.. Shallow Fry (from chilled): Before cooking: Heat 1 x 5ml teaspoon of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the bacon. During cooking: Fry over a moderate/high heat for 6 mins. Turn once. After cooking: Check food is piping hot..
Keep refrigerated, once opened consume within 3 days and do not exceed the use by date. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted. For use by date: see front of pack.
