Shopping List Recipe - Serves 4 Cooking time - simmer for 2 minutes Makes 300ml (approx 1/2 pint) 1 sachet Colman's Four Cheese Sauce Mix 300ml (1/2 pint) semi skimmed milk Perfect to pour over your favourite pasta. 1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan. 2. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. 3. Simmer for 2 minutes. Why not try: Four Cheese, Pea and Ham Penne Pasta. Cook 150g of penne pasta according to pack instructions, adding 100g frozen peas for the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Thinly slice 50g of cooked ham. Make up sachet of Four Cheese sauce as directed, combine together and serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Store in a cool, dry place.
