Cooking Instructions Ensure ingredients of the pack are thoroughly mixed before taking out the amount required, as settling may occur during transit. For Part Use Of Tub - To Make One Litre Measure out approx 200g (7oz) of Curry Sauce mix. Mix with 1 litre (approx 1 3/4 pints) of cold water. Bring to the boil stirring continuously and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. To Use The Whole Tub Mix the contents to a smooth paste with 3 litres (approx 5 1/4 pints) of cold water. Mix into 9 litres (approx 15 3/4 pints) of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes approx 12.75 litres (22 1/2 pints). Serving Suggestion Add cooked chicken, cream and almonds.
